Pathology services at Hospital Picaso

Depending on your condition, a biopsy may be taken and sent to our pathology team. This is a procedure where a small sample size of tissue is extracted for further analysis.

For cancer patients, our histopathology lab is where most biopsies will be studied. By working together with your oncologist, the pathologist will interpret the results of your biopsy and work out a suitable treatment plan personalised for your needs.
