Picaso provides me with the platform to explore the commissioning of a new hospital, which I will run beginning from my involvement in the initial stages.

I hope that Picaso continues to provide patients access to the extraordinary expertise of our doctors and become the centre of reference for MIS, Robotic and Oncology Care.

I wish to create a unique identity and reputation for the Picaso brand that resonates with patients and inspires confidence in the quality of its advanced healthcare services.

I've always been fascinated with learning new things. Commissioning Hospital Picaso from scratch is one such example, as it is a highly specialised hospital with its own unique challenges.

Thanks to the presence of excellent doctors and technology, I am certain that Picaso will be a leader in surgical oncology in the region.

My hope in being part of Picaso is to lead and inspire the nursing team to deliver the highest quality of patient care while fostering a supportive and empowering environment. By working together with other teams beyond nursing, we can drive the hospital’s growth and ensure it continues to deliver the best care to patients.

I like puzzles, and a hospital project is just like a puzzle—which brought me here to Picaso. I look forward to the process of starting from scratch, going from unfamiliar to familiar, from ignorance to proficiency.

Although it is full of challenges, I find joy and satisfaction in work. I hope Picaso will be the one piece that completes the lives of those who seek treatment or work with Picaso.

After several years in the healthcare industry, I took the challenge to be part of the initial core team for the Picaso project.
