To be responsible for collaborative drug therapy management and patient care including day-to-day operations and other related clinical services, to assist the Head of Pharmacy in the overall management of the hospital pharmacy for effective, efficient operations, cost-effective supply, safe medication practice and to oversee the Retail Pharmacy.

• Keep proper documentation of medication plans, patient progress and results of pharmaceutical treatment.

• Maintain close observations on restless patients, answer call bells, notify unusual patient conditions to team leader/nurse manager, and report any abnormalities.

Render Professional Nuclear Medicine Services and assist in Diagnostic Radiology.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure availability of radionuclides and radiopharmaceuticals for the smooth running of nuclear medicine activities.
• Assist Radiopharmacist in preparing required radiopharmaceuticals for daily use by observing sterile and aseptic techniques and ensuring QC as per task procedure.
• Perform daily checks to ensure the accuracy of radioactivity measurement according to the dose calibrator.
• Perform routine quality control testing on PET/CT to ensure optimal functioning of PET/CT before carrying out imaging procedures.
• Assist in performing oncology CT simulations with Radiation Therapist as per the policies and procedures applicable for the CT simulator room.

Palate Café / Doctor lounge:

• Tea lady in the doctor's lounge (ensure a consistent supply of cups, utensils, and napkins, maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the lounge, prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments. Monitor and report inventory levels to ensure timely restocking).
• Café waiter (order taking, serving, and clearing tables), occasionally required to provide assistance during events and meetings.
